Could A Intel Pentium Dual-core Processor Work On A Ati Ixp 400 Motherboard?

I have a computer with a Ati Ixp 400 motherboard and I want to replace the processor that’s in there, and upgrade it to a Intel Pentium Dual-Core Processor G860 3.0
GHz 3 MB Cache LGA 1155, can I do that
